The company
Sleep EZzz Inc. is an internet-based company that promotes a new product to the North-American market: The Boyfriend Pillow. We believe that a good night of sleep will lead to good mornings, good days and can contribute to an overall good, happy and healthy life –or as we like to call it where there’s joy there is success. Although some might debate about what makes a person happy, Sleep EZzz knows that a night with this pillow will change your perspective.
The company was founded by Ludovic Choinière and Thao Tran, both of whom know how it feels to spend a lonely night without the warm comfort of a loved one nearby. Although both the Boyfriend and Girlfriend Pillow have already hit the markets in Asia, they are relatively unheard of and not widespread in North America. Thus, this is where we, Sleep EZzz, come into play. We want to introduce this hip and innovative product to the world of ecommerce in North America. Although we do not have physical outlets, as an e-business, we have strong values, beliefs and commitment to providing customer satisfaction.
The Values of Sleep EZzz
Our priority here at Sleep EZzz is the customer; we focus our business in informing clients. We strive to inform them as thoroughly as possible to facilitate business transactions, such as any potential orders they want to make of the product through our affiliate link. To be able to achieve this ambitious goal, we have established many rules and guidelines that we follow through: make sure the customer has the appropriate information that fits his or her needs and that any communication from the customer to the business has been properly taken into account. The business will not exist if there is no customer. But who are the two founders, let’s find out!
The Founders
Let’s talk more about the two co-founders now; Thao Tran is the present CEO of the company. She is responsible for managing the website and with her marketing background and communications skills, she serves as the principal agent who forges liaisons with suppliers. Ludovic Choiniere, who is the President, is responsible for dealing with potential clients, in terms of answering questions and comments on the website. His background in Human Resources Management and excellent communication skills help in resolving any inquiries or problems with orders, shipping and details of the product.
